• Pumpkin Ravioli in brown butter, balsamic, sage & candied walnuts
• Chicken paillards with caramelized onions, roasted acorn squash, spinach & sage
• Grilled pomegranate molasses chicken
• Beef bourgignon stew with vegetables & pearl onions
• Brie, Apple & cranberry chicken in white wine butter sauce
• Stuffed Cornish game hens with almond, grape & pancetta stuffing

Side Options:
• Beet, kale, grape and feta salad in apple cider vinaigrette
• Fall green salad (apples, cranberries, pears, yams, pomegranate seeds- maple pumpkin vinaigrette)
