Prices are subject to State and Local Taxes (currently 9.25%). Gratuities are appreciated.
Orders must be placed minimum 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
We require a 30 minute window on all deliveries.
A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking with the remainder to be paid by date of event. Events over 50 people must be cancelled 7 days prior to the day of the event; under 50 people 24 hours prior to time of event for full deposit refund.
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours (1 full business day) prior to the event. For events over 50 at least 72 hours prior to the event.
In the event our equipment needs to be moved, we require an immediate notification to the new pick up location. Customers will be responsible for the cost of replacing lost or damaged equipment.
Our delivery area is East South San Francisco. Deliveries outside this area may be subject to an extra pick up and delivery charges.
